Every company say’s they are different, that they are unique in some miniscule way at times; other times they promote a huge difference between them and their competitors.
APL Communications is also a cabling company with a difference and the difference is we maximise your investment, minimise the inconvenience and ensure the excellence of a quality installation. Other companies may claim to do this but we actually do it, and there’s the difference. This might be a small difference to you or a huge difference. To us it means we can give our customers exactly what they want which is value for their investment.
We don’t charge extortionate prices in the name of quality, but we don’t undersell ourselves to get the job. We treat each job individually and each customer as unique and cost them the same. We maintain low margins because our overheads are low but customer satisfaction is paramount to us and our internal structure allows us to be very efficient, responsive and cost effective in our pricing.
All of our engineers are City and Guild qualified and CSCS accredited, confirming to our customers that we have the skills and knowledge for the job and the qualifications to ensure our customers as well as our own staff’s health and safety remains a priority.
We only use quality products and provide as well as the manufacturers warranty, our own 24 hour call out warranty which provides our customers with the satisfaction of knowing we are just at the end of the phone if they need us.
The whole team is loyal and hardworking and believe in providing the best in customer service. A young company, all our installations are fully tested and we adhere to all the industry standards.
Recent projects
Mecca Bingo
APL Communications have just completed the re-cabling of the Mecca Bingo Clubs EPOS system in line with their purchase of MCR's web enabled symphony reporting system allowing Mecca to monitor and controll their entire EPOS system in real time.
The works were carried out in two phases ensuring the balance between the MCR requirements and the Mecca infrastructure. With only a short working window the organisation of the installations was logistically a challange but nothing that we haven't dealt with before but we were pleased to have the opportunity to show off the skills of our Project Managers and Installers.
